HELLO FRIENDS AND FAMILY! How do you do today ? I ran across this article on the internet that said the more you diet the more you gain weight once you get off. This woman from Chicago recorded each time she went on a diet and how much her lost weight was once she got off. Then she recorded when she got off how much weight she gained every time. Each time she got on a diet she gained a whooping 5 - 10 pounds once she got off the diet. She then concluded ” Separating food from the body makes the body want more. But just excercising the body calms the body down, and thus YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT !” SO thus i conclude, if you do go on a diet, don’t make it to harsh so you can lose weight fast, just take it slow. If you dont you will gain the weight quicker than you lost it.
